SCOAF were very pleased to present at the Royal Air Force's Service Complaints Conference last week.
Our session focused on good complaint handling and our performance.
However, the real highlight was being able to meet colleagues from the RAF, who we know are absolutely committed to building a better Service Complaints system for all aviators.
It was great to see some of the fantastic work they are doing to spread best practice in complaint handling, including their use of virtual case hearings, which have enabled more Service Complaints to be resolved in a way that is efficient, effective and fair.
We believe this Conference showed the positive work being done to improve the Service Complaints system, and we will continue to work with the Services to ensure this progress continues.
We thank the RAF for inviting us to the Service Complaints Conference, and we look forward to hearing again from them in the future.
