Ombudsman Association (OA) Standards Framework
The OA is the professional association for Ombuds Institutions and complaint handlers in the UK, Ireland and the overseas dependencies/territories. The Service Standards Framework sets out what is considered to be good practice in the provision of fair and efficient complaint handling.
SCOAF has adopted this framework and will report against it annually.
