As of 28 October 2021, there are 19 unallocated substance and maladministration cases which is a significant decrease from August. However, it is still taking us 5 months to allocate a case to an investigator which is disappointing and something that we are looking to improve.
As of 28 October 2021, there are 19 unallocated substance and maladministration cases which is a significant decrease from August. However, it is still taking us 5 months to allocate a case to an investigator which is disappointing and something that we are looking to improve. Our three new Senior Investigators have all received their initial training and are currently working on their first cases. It is hoped that this increase in staffing will improve our timeliness in allocating cases.
