Backlog Update - September 2023
As of 30 September 2023, we have 22 Substance and Maladministration cases yet to be assigned to an investigator
It is taking three months to assign these to an investigator.
However, there are no delays in processing Referrals, Admissibility Reviews and Undue Delay investigations.
