Backlog Update - October 2023
As of 31 October 2023, we have 12 Substance and Maladministration cases yet to be assigned to an investigator
It is taking three months to assign these to an investigator.
However, there are no delays in processing Referrals, Admissibility Reviews and Undue Delay investigations.
