If your complaint has closed, here is what you can do
If your complaint has closed, unfortunately, the Ombudsman has no jurisdiction. However, we may still be able to help you.
If the informal process failed to resolve your complaint, you can make a formal Service Complaint.
Was an informal complaint made about you? Do you have concerns about how you were treated during the process? If you answered “yes” to both of those questions you can make a formal Service Complaint.
