SCOAF holds a two-hour brainstorming session with Service colleagues as our independent and impartial oversight of the Service Complaints system continues.
We kicked off our 2023 round of stakeholder engagement by welcoming colleagues from the Royal Navy, Army and Air Force this week to hold a brainstorming session on the Service Complaints system.
The meeting covered areas for improvement in the system and learning from where progress has been made.
We can only help build a better Service Complaints system through close work with the Services, so we thank them for such a productive discussion.
We are also pleased to say these sessions will now take place every quarter, showing our and the Services' commitment to creating a better system for all personnel.
We look forward to welcoming the Services next quarter.
