On Holocaust Memorial Day, I want to commemorate the millions who were murdered under the Nazi regime and all those who have lost their lives in genocides that have followed.
Today not only gives us the space to remember the victims, but to renew our commitment to ensure crimes like these must never happen again.
So, as we grieve for the millions who were murdered, I believe it remains our duty to confront discrimination, hatred and bigotry in all its forms, helping to build a more tolerant future for all.
